Where are your prints made?

In a professional fine art print lab in Los Angeles, California. We like to support small businesses.

What kind of paper do you print on?

All images are printed on museum-quality fine art paper using high-quality archival inks. 

Do your prints come framed or do you offer framing?

All of our prints come unframed at this time.

Where can I find square frames?

While custom framing can get pricey, we've found that ordering custom mats for standard frames work fabulously for our square prints.

Ikea has a few inexpensive square format frames available here and here. 

Can I order a print of a photo I saw on julieskitchen.me or on your Instagram? 

Maybe. Feel free to e-mail us at [email protected] with the image and size you're interested in and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How are the prints packaged?

8"x8" and 8"x10" prints are packaged in a clear sleeve, sandwiched between cardboard, in a sturdy, flat mailer. Larger prints are packaged in a clear sleeve sandwiched between cardboard, cushioned in bubble wrap, and secured in a cardboard box.

Why are shipping costs so high for a paper?

Packaging materials, labor, and shipping all add to the cost. We want to make sure your print is protected and arrives on your doorstep safe and sound. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do offer international shipping using first-class USPS. From the time of shipment, it is estimated to take 3-4 weeks for arrival. Please note that customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees.

When will my prints ship?

Although most prints are shipped in 1-5 days, please allow up to 1 week for your order to be shipped. If your print is out of stock, it could take up to 10 days. U.S. orders are shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking. International orders are shipped via USPS first class, without tracking.  

Can you ship them any faster?

Yes, we can upgrade shipping to USPS priority express, which arrives in 1 day. Shoot an email to [email protected] for rates.

Will I get my print by Christmas?

We try our best to get orders out ASAP. For guaranteed shipping by Christmas, we recommend ordering at least one week in advance. Shoot an email to [email protected] for expedited shipping rates.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you’re a CA resident, 9% tax will be added to your order.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we accept AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal.
